These conditions apply to gift vouchers purchased on Lovehoney.eu.

Lovehoney.eu gift cards must be redeemed on the Lovehoney.eu website towards the purchase of eligible products listed in our online catalogue.

You cannot redeem Lovehoney.eu gift cards on any other website.

Gift cards cannot be used to buy gift cards.

Gift cards have no cash redemption value and are not transferable or assignable.

If the order exceeds the amount of the gift card(s), the balance must be paid by credit or debit card, Paypal or Amazon Pay.

Gift cards expire 5 years after the date of purchase. Normal Lovehoney terms and conditions of purchase and for using the Lovehoney.eu website apply.

Only one gift card can be redeemed per order.

Order and product promotions and discount codes cannot be used when purchasing with a gift card.

Lovehoney is not responsible if a gift card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
